A fix has been implemented and we can see calls routing successfully across our network.

Inbound Call Failures

We are currently investigating inbound call failures for a small subset of customers.
Customers will experience "The number you have dialed is busy".

We are investigating this as a P1 with our upstream carrier and will provide an update asap.

Inbound and Outbound call issue Resolved

We have implemented a work around, which is enabling calls to flow again.
The root cause will be investigated first thing tomorrow to ensure this can not happen again

We apologise to all users affected by this outage.
